The annual Christmas Wishing Well has been calendared! Time to dust off your Santa Hats, Antlers, and harness-up your Rudolph Agathion! Pick out your favorite tree and string the garland, it's that time!
As in previous years, the Lineage 2 Role-Playing Association is calling everyone to celebrate the holidays on the Aria server. On December 22nd, 2009, at 8:00 pm Central (9:00 pm Eastern / 6:00 pm Pacific / 2:00 am GMT) join them at the Dwarven Village to honor the spirit of the holidays, toast the new year (or simply yourselves) and revel the night away.

Lineage 2 - Gracia Epilogue Goes Live

Gracia Epilogue will be launching today, Tuesday, November 17th. All servers will be down for this update starting at 5am PST / 7am CST / 8am EST / 1pm GMT. This update will last until approximately 12pm PST / 2pm CST / 3pm EST / 8pm GMT. Patch notes for the update can be found here. (Please note that there have been minimal changes that are noted in red text)
- All characters will be moved to the nearest town during this update.
- Items that are currently in freight will be moved to the receiver's personal warehouse. If there are overflow items, players will need to remove items from their warehouse in order to access these additional items.
- Holy Pomanders will be placed in the inventory of Cardinals, Shilien Saints, and Eva's Saints that have completed their third class transfer prior to this update. Please see the patch notes for more information on skill transfer.
If you have any questions or experience any trouble updating your game client, please let the Lineage 2 team know. See you in Gracia Epilogue later today!

In recent weeks, much of the Lineage 2 community has been following thetrials and tribulations of one of their own: a story that came to atragic end. Keta, a clan leader on the Aria server, known to a great many players across the community, passed away on November 16th, 2009. We at Lineage 2 Stratics would like to offer a memorial to one of our own. Goodbye, Keta. Thank you for the memories. -- If you have a memory to share, please contribue on our forums.

Heed the Call: Battle League Invitation
Ether's history reveals a glorious past crafted by the hands of
victors who wrote it. But the reality of the present belies the blood
and bedlam wrought by the contenders who try to rewrite this history.
Chaos
rules the land. Power was up for grabs. With the absence of any central
governing power, even an unknown commoner can aspire - and maybe,
achieve - the title of the best among the best. The smallest of clan
can emerge to seize control and dominate this fragmented land.

Ahoy, me hearties! Great, grand news! We gunna be plunderin' some booty from the Davy Jones' Locker!
Because o' bad weather, the Guardian's Wolves got sick an' a strong storm destroyed a couple o' ships.One o' the sunken ships containin' the herbs which be the main ingredient fo' the wolves' cure.There be a report that the sunken cargo be located along the Hellbound fort!
Arrr! We shall set sail to Hellbound fort to plunder the sunken Alchemist Chests containing the cure for the sick wolves an' bring 'em back to the Guardians.Grand rewards be awaitin' us!

Greetings, citizens of Ether!
The tides of war are upon us once again. We summon each and every active defender of Ether. But we are wary that such numbers won't suffice. Hence, we seek out the veterans who have since laid down their arms, and the inactive ones who lost the zeal for battle. Returning is not easy, but we will richly reward those who will come back.
If there's a perfect time to come back to Ether's embrace, that time is now. So pick up your weapons and lay down your fears! This is a summon, a pledge, a challenge!
